Fashionable jeans fall-winter 2021-2022: trends and novelties
Almost a century and a half have passed since the “birthday” of jeans – and they are still relevant, popular and are a must-have of a modern fashionable wardrobe. What trends and tendencies will be the main ones in denim fashion for the next fall-winter season?
Indigo jeans
Jeans with a high rise or mom jeans, bell bottoms or dumplings – which jeans will be in vogue in the fall? Designers are unanimous – the model is not so important, the color is important! Dark blue denim works wonders: ordinary casual jeans acquire a certain gloss and elegance. This was clearly demonstrated by the brands Zimmermann, Christian Dior and Bevza, presenting new items at the latest Fashion Weeks.

Wide jeans
Brand designers cannot imagine the next season without wide jeans
Tanya Taylor, Celine and The Row. Baggy models and flared from the hip are in trend. Moreover, it can even be extremely wide.

Fashionable women’s jeans “dumplings” – a hit of the 90s – today are called the mysterious word “tie dye”. But in fact – these are the same jeans – both in style, in cut, in pattern. The most interesting vintage models with a boiled effect were presented in the new collections by Tom Ford and Alice + Olivia.

Ripped jeans
Jeans with scuffs, holes and patches have not gone out of fashion for many years. Only the size of the holes and the degree of “wear and tear” change. We recommend taking an example in the new season with DSquared2 and Celine – in their collection there are models with “torn” knees, and white-washed jeans, and stained with paint.

Shortened models
The trendiest jeans of the next season are cut in length. In the cold season this is a significant “plus”: boots, boots, and ankle boots are perfectly combined with such models. Denim total bow
Jeans alone are good. And total denim is even better! After all, there is no such thing as a lot of jeans. So buy kits right away – such as, for example, in the collections of Alberta Ferretti, Hermès and Dion Lee.

For fans of extravagant style, there will always be interesting novelties in new collections. So, jeans with original “heavenly” prints were presented in the fall-winter 2021-2022 lookbook by Anna Sui, and the fashion house Zimmermann offered cropped flared jeans with an unusual yoke and contrasting inserts on the sides of burgundy corduroy.
