Fashionable trousers fall-winter 2021-2022
Fashionable women’s trousers are comfortable, fashionable, stylish and beautiful! Every year women of fashion remember Marlene Dietrich, Yves Saint Laurent and Coco Chanel with a kind word, thanks to which trousers have firmly taken pride of place in women’s wardrobe. How did the designers delight and surprise the audience at the fall-winter 2021-2022 fashion shows?
Leather pants
Fashionable women’s leather pants traditionally occupy a top place in the autumn-winter collections. In the new season, designers have opted for a high waist and, for the most part, colored leather. Alberta Ferretti offers khaki leather “bananas”, Isabel Marant – straight classic trousers in a beautiful berry shade, Celine chooses the traditional black color and shortened length.

Wide pants
Wide trousers on the podium became somewhat less – after many years of dominance, they gave way to first place to other models. But, of course, they are not going to completely leave the fashionable Olympus. Look for the most fashionable trousers in the collections of Etro, Victoria Beckham and Brunello Cucinelli.

Classic pants
Classics for that and classics to be always relevant. But the straight cut and standard fit do not exclude trendy nuances at all. So, Andrew Gn combines a classic cut with bright colors, and Sportmax suggests adding length to the trousers.

Pants with prints
Unexpectedly, there are a lot of models made of printed fabrics in the collections of autumn and winter trousers. Tanya Taylor had checked trousers, Veronica Etro offered her favorite paisley pattern, and Dior had a leopard print.

Low landing
It seemed that this controversial trend in the 2000s had gone far and for a long time. But no. Having shaken up the chests of the 50-60s, and then the 70-90s, the designers got to the recent past of fashion. And with the era that began with the new millennium, trousers with a low rise are inextricably linked. So – welcome. The collections of Chanel, DSquared2, Blumarine already have them!

The trends of the 70s will not lose their sharpness and relevance in the new season: a vivid example of this is flared trousers, which simply broke all popularity records. Only the lazy one did not remember about them: the collections included knitted, leather, corduroy, and woolen models. Designers Jil Sander, Stella McCartney, Dion Lee suggest wearing them as part of suits, dresses, and jersey shirts in a sporty style.

High waist
But the designers of the brands Zimmermann, Sportmax, Emporio Armani, answering the question of which trousers will be in fashion, unambiguously answered – models with a high waistline are still among the leaders. Leather and wool, classic and wide, business and weekend – the high waist will go everywhere.

Shiny Pants
Metallic materials, soft shimmering satin and extravagant vinyl have helped designers create many interesting pieces for both evening out and casual outfits. Examples are Balmain, Alice + Olivia, Dior.

Shorter or longer?
In the new collections, the designers decided to move away from the standard length of trousers: in the fall of 2021 fashion there will be both shortened and elongated models. So choose any variation from your usual length based on your shoes, weather, and preferences. Similar models were offered by the fashion houses Bibhu Mohapatra, Burberry, Max Mara.

Banana trousers will also remain in fashion for at least a season. This is evidenced by the shows of the brands Emilia Wickstead, Giorgio Armani, Fendi.

Colors of fashionable trousers
Traditionally, autumn-winter collections look calm and are neutral in color. So, this year, designers have given preference to beige, olive, red and gray shades. Models made in purple, pink and red shades have become bright blotches. There was also a place in the collections for white trousers.
