Is there a hangover remedy that really works?

In terms of nutritional supplements, there is not enough information on the proper doses of L-cysteine, how it is broken down and what the side effects of its use might be. In fact, there is even a scientific study that claims that L-cysteine may have side effects on the nervous system.

Avoid drinks containing congeners
