Dinner: an omelet of two eggs, a salad of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, 1 apple and a glass of kefir.
Dinner: 150 g of boiled meat, 2 potatoes in their uniforms, 200 g of stewed carrots, black coffee without sugar.
Dinner: 150 g of boiled meat, green salad dressed with lemon juice, 1 apple and a glass of kefir.
Dinner: 100 g of rice, 200 g of game, green salad dressed with lemon juice, black coffee without sugar.
Dinner: 1-2 steamed cutlets, 2 tomatoes, a slice of rye or wheat bread, a glass of kefir.
For the second week, the same diet is recommended, only in reverse order: on Monday – the menu for Sunday, on Tuesday – for Saturday, etc.
