Honey diet – a real find for those with a sweet tooth and those who cannot imagine their day without sweets. Nutritionists suggest compensating the need for sweets with honey.
We offer you two options for the honey diet.
The first option is designed for 14 days. Basic conditions – 1 spoonful of honey three times a day during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
During this diet, you can eat: low-fat dairy products, boiled vegetables, citrus fruits and berries.
You can drink from drinks: green tea, sour fresh juices, mineral water.
In the second option, the main requirement: in the morning, an hour before meals and in the evening, 2 hours before bedtime, you need to drink a honey drink. It is prepared like this: dissolve 1 tablespoon of honey in 100 grams of warm water and add a little lemon juice.
This diet option does not limit your usual diet, provided that you eat no more than 1200 kcal per day.
