Olive diet
The holidays are over, but the extra pounds remain. To quickly regain your previous weight, nutritionists suggest that we try olive diet – very popular with Italians. Such a diet will help get rid of a couple of three kilograms in just 3-5 days. In addition, olives have a beneficial effect on the body and normalize the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
On an empty stomach, you need to eat ten olives and drink a tablespoon of olive oil.
Breakfast and lunch should consist of a vegetable salad with herbs, seasoned with olive oil.
For afternoon tea and dinner – only olives (green or black). Only non-carbonated water can be consumed from drinks.
