The secret to make the mask super efficient: take the time to leave under a hot towel until it cools. With this small gesture, no need to add oil or moisturizer afterwards.

The homemade recipe: a nourishing mask
In a 200 ml jar of neutral mask base, with shea butter, add 5 ml of castor oil and 5 ml of coconut oil, both known for their nutritional value. Apply the preparation on the lengths and wet points, leave to ask then to rinse abundantly.

2 / I lack volume

Bet on shampoos for fine hair, softer and formulated with caffeine or green tea tonic for example, to restore body without weighing down. Once emulsified, massage the scalp in circular motions: a ritual just as effective as conditioning to restore volume in the roots. Do you want more? when styling, opt for a flexible lacquer, lighter, which will not weigh down the lengths.

The homemade recipe: a stimulating and invigorating shampoo
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugandhi kachur powder (a traditional Ayurvedic powder) with 1 tablespoon of fenugreek powder, 4 tablespoons volumizing rhassul and 10 ml of vegetable mustard oil. Add lukewarm water to get a paste, apply to damp hair and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing.

Use for at least 15 days after the color a specific shampoo or mask. Their formulas allow to close well the scales of the capillary fibers to limit the leakage of the pigments and keep the glare longer thanks to antioxidant ingredients. And if the roots start to see each other? Use a retouching spray to save a few more days!

The homemade recipe: a protective serum of color
In a bowl, mix, 2 tablespoons of karanja vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of raspberry vegetable oil, rich in antioxidant vitamins, with 5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil for shine . Apply on the lengths and ends when dry.
