America’s favorite actress Jennifer Aniston at 51 boasts an attractive appearance and a slender fit figure. How does she do it? According to the actress herself, she is inclined to be overweight, and her body is the result of constant training and proper nutrition.
In order to be always in shape, Jennifer carefully monitors her diet and limits the use of certain foods, namely foods rich in simple carbohydrates. For example, she does not eat flour, potatoes, white rice, white sugar, pasta and white bread.
And this is how Jennifer Aniston’s menu looks like:
Breakfast
Option 1: black bread sandwich with lettuce and a slice of salmon, tea;
2nd option: oatmeal in milk with honey and cinnamon;
Dinner
Option 1: stuffed peppers;
2nd option: boiled red beans with coriander plus salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and sweet peppers;
Afternoon snack
Salad with corn, boiled chicken meat, lettuce and cucumber or bread with jam;
Dinner
Option 1: beef stew with prunes plus lettuce;
2nd option: seafood soup.
In between meals, it is advisable to drink mineral water, you can eat an apple or drink carrot juice.
