This saves not only money, but also time, energy and even closet space. Having capsules in your wardrobe for various occasions, you will no longer have the need to ask yourself the question: “What to wear today?” Every time.
How to assemble a capsule
Step 1. Choose the main item in the capsule that best suits its purpose (for example, joggers).
- Determine the purpose of the capsule creation. The purpose of a capsule can be a specific area of life, for example, you can create a capsule for home and walking with children, or season after year, for example, an autumn capsule.
- Determine the budget. How much money is planned to be invested in the creation of the capsule. It is advisable to prescribe in advance how much money you are willing to spend on each item. This will allow you to quickly assemble the capsule, since you will already know roughly where you can buy this or that item at that price.
- Draw up a capsule directly.
Step 1. Choose the main item in the capsule that best suits its purpose (for example, joggers).
Step 2. Choose 3-4 tops for the chosen item (for example, shirt, T-shirt, crop top, hoodie).
Step 3. Add 1-2 more basic pieces that will fit all the tops selected. (like skirt and bermuda shorts). As a result, you get a set of 5-7 items.
Step 4. Pick up shoes, bags and accessories for them.
Step 5. At the end, the capsule must be checked for relevance, the presence of color and texture.
